We have thoroughly investigated the situation and reveal the facts which are as follows: -
The first owner purchased the said Nissan Navara through a special used Fleet Sale.Due to the very nature of the structure of these transactions, these vehicles are offered at a special discounted rate and therefore certain benefits not included. In this particular case, with this particular vehicle, it did not include a standard Nissan service or maintenance plan as when a vehicle would be a normal new retail type transaction.
The matter was reported to Nissan S.A. and all the facts were explained in great detail once our investigation was concluded.
Unfortunately the first owner did not convey all the facts to the current owner when the vehicle was sold privately.
The Nissan Dealership decided to conduct the 15000km service at no cost as they were of the opinion that there might be a system error.
They however only determined all the facts at the 30000km service, and informed the customer accordingly.
