Recently I took my Livina X-Gear to Nissan East Rand Mall for a 15000 km service. I listed the following items that needed to be rectified/checked on the vehicle:

1. 15000 km service
2. Knocking noise on the steering
3. Check the power of the air conditioner 4. Replace rear right door panel 5. Complete a full vehicle check & report

From the 5 items above, I cannot say with confidence that ANY of the 5 items were done! I say this because my service book wasn't stamped, I did not get a breakdown of work that was done on the car, nor was I given a full report on the health of the vehicle. No evidence of work done was given to me! I've been taking my car to East Rand Mall Nissan simply because I purchased my vehicle from them. I have a long history of issues with the dealership - problems that only seem to be rectified after I make a fuss about it. I'm seriously considering taking my vehicle to another Nissan because I am certain that this is not the way things are done within the business. I expect professionalism and nothing less! After the 15000 km service when I realised that the knocking noise problem was still present and that my service book was not stamped, i called the service consultant at East Rand Mall Nissan. I was assured that the guy who books in the cars would contact me. I called 3 times and left messages but I was never contacted! I was not even contact by Nissan SA after the service - this made me doubt if any work was done of my car.

List of faults currently:

1. Fix the knocking noise on the vehicle 2. Check the power of the air conditioner 3. Complete a full vehicle check & report

Another issue that I have with the dealership is that there is always a lack of loan vehicles on hand when I take my car in. Please help me rectify the issues above. I don't need unnecessary stress and time wastage in my life.
If Nissan East Rand Mall can't address my problems, i am sure another dealer can. I've had enough.
